BT Properties Marks UAE Debut with Waada Phase 1 Groundbreaking in Dubai South

Dubai, UAE – August 4, 2025 – BT Properties, the international development arm of a leading Asian real estate group, celebrated its official launch in the UAE with a landmark groundbreaking ceremony for Waada Phase 1 in Dubai South. Phase 1 of Waada by BT Properties features a flexible 70/30 payment plan, with handovers scheduled for Q4 2028. “Launching Waada at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Healthcare City in late May set the stage. Today’s groundbreaking transforms vision into reality,” added Malik, referring to the project’s initial unveiling on May 27, 2025.
